At Family Involvement Center, one of the ways we measure our success is by how well we Educate Communities. Service providers in the community - such as case managers, physicians, educators, juvenile corrections employees, child protective services, residential treatment staff and the list goes on - look to us at Family Involvement Center for help in several ways. Professionals call us directly looking for resources and information or to connect with us about a training or class. They also direct families to us who are looking for technical support, parenting classes, respite care, support groups and more. Community groups and agencies contact us for similar reasons and also to explore opportunities for partnership.
As is our policy, we try to help anyone who calls or comes in regardless of how they found us. And, if we do not provide the service an individual or group is looking for here at FIC, we do our best to connect them with a useful resource in the community.
Our Parent Assistance Center (PAC) can be reached at 602.288.0155 or toll-free at 877.568.8468.
You can also learn more about the trainings and consultation services we offer to individuals and groups on our Training Insititute web page.
The families and youth we serve are part of a community that belongs to all of us. At Family Involvement Center, we believe we can serve them best by working together.
